Confused about being full

This might sound crazy. I am 10 days post op. I started puréed food today, I had some beef roast about 1 1/2 oz. I started having pain in my left side. So I stopped eating. I don't feel full or hungry. Is the pain in left side the new full feeling?

I am having hard time getting my water in or proteins . Only getting about 1/2

I never had left side pain I felt full the regular way by feeling like I don't want anymore food and if eating to fast feels like it's in your chest or throat very uncomfortable or drinking too soon after eating... Not comfortable at all u learn what your full feels like that meat may be too soon for you how did u feel after? I had a hard time getting to meat again at every stage I'm six months post op sleeve the difficulty getting liquids in is not unusual u kinda have to treat it like a job for a while lol no I'm not kidding either force yourself if u have to or u can end up in the hospital
