Hey everyone,
I was born with a genetic heart condition called Long QT Syndrome, which has been fatal to other young, healthy women in my family. I take medication for it to prevent an attack, and I have since I was 8 years old...
I know taking pills can be a problem after the procedure, and I wondered if anyone else has any personal experience with what they did with their medications after the band? The doctor that spoke with us at the seminar this morning said that crushing the pills is sometimes okay depending on the situation... any feedback???
