Dumb Question

I tried searching for this, but I get sooooo many responses and none seem quite right...

I am in a MAJOR stall, and have been for about a month now. Eating everything right and approved. Working out 3-5 times a week.

I have only lost 11 pounds in 2 months and a total of 6 inches overall... Now while I KNOW that is still ok and is NOT a gain in any way shape or form... I just do NOT want to get stuck here.

So how many of you have gone back to Protein shakes in order to, well for the lack of a better word, "reset" your body and your weight loss?

Is this a normal thing that people do to try to re-kickstart the loss again? Something else that I should be doing??

exercise is 1 hour of crossfit

Protein - 80-90 grams

calories - 850-950

carbs - < 80

I REALLY try to get more calories in on the gym days.. but I can't seem to get over 950.. just do not seem to have any more room... also not exactly sure how many calories I am burning during crossfit

carbs are a little high IMHO. I am eating about 60, maybe. same calories as you as well. stalls are gonna happen...sorry.

I think the secrets in the water. I was stalling big time again and I drank a lot more water 2 days ago and just felt like I was going to lose. Was a pound lighter the next day. And all of a sudden I want more water.
