Burning Pain in stomach

So I'm 7 months post op and the last 5 days have been super annoying. First it started with the worst smelling gas ever (tmi I know). Then it was a gurgaly stomach with tons of gas. Now it's burning in the stomach!! Any opinions or suggestions would be very cool!

Heartburn?

I never had heart burn before surgery I had it once and it felt like fire. It was a weird and terrible feeling I will try to never repeat.

It could be any number of things. I suggest you see your doctor and soon. My friend was experiencing same and kept on blaming being fat, the surgery , you name it! Turns out she was pregnant !!
