Well I only have a few more days - I just found out my surgery time and when I have to be there - But I have a question - My diet says 1 week Clear liquids? Does this mean I can't have any Protein shakes that week?

That's definitely a question for your surgeon. As you'll see on here, everyone's surgeon requires pretty drastically different presurgery diets. For example, my surgeon requires two weeks of liquids, but that includes protein shakes and fruits and vegetables as well as a small dinner including cooked lean meat. Compared to some others, that's a dream.

There are some protein shakes that are considered "clear" such as Isopure RTD or Syntrax Nectar (the fruit/tea flavor lines) mixed with water. But definitely check with your team to be sure.
