I just met with my NUT yesterday. She told me 800 calories a day consisting of 3 meals with each meal having 3 oz of lean Protein with some veggies. She said if I get hungry and need a snack to have a cheese stick or a couple of slices of deli meat or a scrambled egg or some form of additional protein.

She also said I could have additional veggies too. But to stay away from all starches and fruits for now. No Protein Bars or anything else like that.

I promised her I'd follow that plan until we have our next appointment and see what happens.

I have really bad osteoarthritis in my knees so I do an aqua aerobics class 3 days a week for now.
