I wanted the date so bad. I bothered the nurse and surgeon multiple times a week. Now that I have my date and it's less than 3 weeks away I'm so nervous. I'm happy too but mostly nervous.

Yes, Kaiser does it all in house so you are automatically covered if you fit their criteria. Fingers crossed for yours to come through!

OMG! My date is the 15th too! I'm so nervous! I'm full of "what ifs". Has anyone had complications from surgery? Please share?

My coworker just got sleeved on Monday and she was super worried and had a case of the what ifs... She came out fine and the only compliant she had was a very dry mouth.

Oh thank you so much. I have been reading post after post. No real horror stories like "I had leaks and was in the hospital for a month". I can deal with a dry mouth! Lol. Just don't put me in a coma or mistakenly cut out my pylorus! ????
