Belly noises

Ok so today when ever anything goes in to my stomach it makes the loudest noises. I woke up feeling extremely hungry but also nauseated. Has anyone else had this happen?

    In the mornings when my stomach and small intestines are empty, I get all kinds of noises. Drinking Water gets it going and it continues for a while. It is just your digestion working.

    I think it could be nerves to. It's my babies first day of kindergarten and I know she is not going to get on the bus nicely. It's stressful for me.
