CONGRATS!!!!!!

The pre-op is tough, the post-op is tough. Just remember that you are doing this for your health. Keep focused and keep something calorie free to sip on nearby. It will seem like ages before you can have real food again, and many folks get desperate and want something to chew. Crunching ice can help, sugar free popsicles can help. You CAN do this! Remember, it's only about two months total (before real food again, depending on your doc's post-op diet instructions), two months out of your life, you can make it!

Congratulations! just 12 short days left! If you've been overweight for any significant period in your life, you know what a diet is like - you can hang tough!!

I did 2 weeks of high Protein before my surgery, and am convinced it helped mu recovery... which I sailed thru with no complications, and minimal pain.

Keep the excitement going,

Karla

How did you qualify ?? I go next week for a seminar then get an appt !!! I'm excited and I can't wait to get approved !!!

I have a 35.5 bmi, along with Rhumatoid Arthritus, polycystic ovaries, and some blood pressure issues. I have also, tried phentermine, meridia and weight watchers. I was worried myself because my BMI was right on the border that I wouldnt get it. But my worrys are over....i am so thrilled!
