Any teachers out there...returning to work?

Hey All,

I had my surgery on August 10th. Our first workday is tomorrow. I am wondering if I should try to make it for at least some of the workdays - specifically the meetings (almost no physical activity, plenty of time to drink). I hate missing these days but don't want to push myself.

Any thoughts or advice about this?

Um, yes! I had my surgery in March and when I came back in August, people noticed. The biggest reaction I got was from our librarian who returned from maternity leave yesterday. She screamed ( yes screamed in a library but it was before school), "You have disappeared!"
