I just started soft foodsI'm sticking with the Dr's plan and I'm worried. I started at a lower weight and my surgery was a revision from the lap band. and two days of it and I've gained 4 lbs. Is this normal?

How far post-op are you? The gain could be from swelling, adjustments to your diet etc. Could also be from adjustments to your medications.

Shrinking peach, its been 3 weeks tomorrow. I'm counting calories and protein. And its about 750 to 850 calls a day and 60 grams of protein. Is it just because I'm now on soft foods?

What kinds of things are you eating? I find if I even look at a carb that doesn't come from veggies or fruit the scale jumps up a couple of pounds. As soon as I cut them out it goes right back down.

Hockeyfan, I started a food journal today to see what exactly I'm eating. I hope it helps and I get back on track.
