Judt got home!

Someone please tell me this horrible pain wont last more than 3 days omg this is terrible ive never been so tired in my life and this gas pain is ridiculous. Im going to keep this post short. Im trying to knock out. someone please give me some positive light on this new journey of mine.

Promise it gets better! Take your pain meds on schedule for at least the next day. Walk as much as you can. I used a heating pad and ice packs too. I think Day 4 or 5 was the worst then it gets much better painwise. Stay hydrated no matter what!

I have a VERY high pain threshold and was definitely uncomfortable - same as Daisee68, take your meds like clockwork and walk as much as possible to help with the gas pain. By day 5 or 6 all was good. The pain is definitely worth the gain - I'm 12 weeks post-op and down 55lbs :) Take care!
