New and APPROVED

I have been lurking for sometime now but I am new to this forum! I am getting sleeved on August 18th! My approval just came today so this moving very fast and feels like a dream! I am excited and very nervous...I just had twins 10 months ago and I have a 3 year old! I really hope all goes well! My current weight is 250 lb and I am 5'3!
