Omg food

I am finally eating"food". Who thought burger, ricotta cheese must, katsup in the blender could taste so darn good?

Now how do you stop!...my tummy says NO but my head and taste buds say YES.. how do you all deal with desire to keep eating. I only cook 1/4 cup only eat 1/2 of it.

The first time you ignore your tummy and listen to your head and eat too much and throw up, you'll probably not think your head is so smart! I tell you this from experience.

Do exactly what you're doing. Measure out your portion, and stop when you're done (or feel satiated). Put the rest away. It takes some getting used to, but you'll get the hang of it.

@@dsheive - put your fork/spoon down while you are chewing too. It will keep you from accidentally putting more food in and possibly over eating. Been there, done that...not a good feeling :/
