2 week pre-op diet

Can any of you share what you were told to do for your 2 week pre-op liver shrinking diet? I would like to be able to compare. I have heard some people are on an all liquid diet and some others are different. Any feedback would be helpful. Thank you!

I start mine tomorrow. I am allowed 3 protein shakes a day and a fourth in the evening if I really need it. I am also allowed 64 ounces of clear liquids in addition to the protein shakes. Included with the clear liquids are sugar free popsicles and sugar free jello as well as low sodium broth. I hear this is one of the toughest part of the process but I am determined to get through this. I see that quite a few people are allowed a small low calorie dinner such as a lean cuisine once a day but my doctor doesn't allow that. Some people are also allowed to add fruit and peanut butter to their shakes but we are not. We are allowed to mix our shakes with skim milk.
