Weight gain

My surgery (sleeve) was 7/16/15.

I was losing pounds until the past 4 days my weight has not changed in fact it has fluctuated 1-2 pounds of weight gain...I got to 246 then went up to 247 now today 248. I am still on clear liquids at this point for God's sake! UGGGH!!! What is going on?

Anyone else experience this?

It's your body adjusting to the lack of calories.. It will pass! I stalled at the three week mark for three weeks! But your body is thinking its starving so it's holding onto everything, it will adjust and the pounds will melt away, don't stress, just making sure your drinking your water!! Good luck and congrats you will do great!!

You are going to flucuate all the time during this journey. If the flucuations are going to drive you crazy, put the scale away so you don't have to see them ;)

Here's a good article about why it happens:

Thanks for the reassurance things are normal. Pretty discouraging when you are deprived of sugar and solids and still no weight loss

Thanks again, I feel better knowing
