Quest bars

I just went to look at the quest bars to have around for emergency protein but the look very high in carbs. Am I wrong? How do these work for people and what are the favorite flavors.

I usually just eat a half at a time. I like it with a cup of decaf coffee in the mornings. Put it in a ziploc snack bag for later.

I love Quest Bars! Just like TEXASLADY52, I eat about half of it as a snack. I really enjoy the mint, cookie dough (warmed up - yummy!) and the double chocolate chunk. I tried some of the others and t

I have never tried them personally but I was just reading another thread with quite a few people saying they had been stalled for a while then cut out the Quest bars and started dropping weight again.

Like everything about WLS everyone's path is different and sometimes it takes many tries to find what works for each of us!

I tried the cinnamon roll flavored and the texture was like thick mud. Just not that excited about it

The texture is definitely love it or hate it. I think it's like a chewy tootsie roll!

It's all about perception and your perception is definitely way better than mine!! Lol

Their way to expensive gnc stores just rip you off lol but I do love the smores quest bar. I buy pure protein as well only like 3 carbs 2 sugar n 205 protein. I need protein bars my job doesn't allow me to eat I'm always on the go as a driver lol its the only way to keep up with my protein.

Ok, I gave in and tried the chocolate chip cookie dough. The taste is great but they are HARD!! However, the kid working said he eats the same ones and suggested throwing them in the microwave for about 10 seconds so I did.....WOW!! I'm hooked!! But as for taking to work where I have no microwave....No, I don't want to chip a tooth.

I just tried the Quest Bar Peanut Butter Supreme bar this morning and I have to admit I liked it. It may be one that I add to my staple of meal bars.
