Suggestions needed, ex smoker having urges to puff

I quit smoking over 2 years ago. I've been having an urge to smoke for about a week now and its getting harder to say no. I don't necessarily want a cigarette, I keep looking at the electronic hookahs that don't have tar or nicotine. I just want the motion I guess. Any suggestions how to get my mind off this?

    Talk to a doc as well. Zyban/Wellbutrin can help a lot and typically does not cause weight gain.
