Getting sleeved

Hi..I'm new here and so glad to have found this site. My date for surgery is this Fri the 24th. I meet with my surgeon again tomorrow for my pre op appt. My Dr. has not put me on a pre op diet, just 2 days prior to cut out caffeine and most carbs. I will most likely stick to protein drinks. For the last 6 months I have done nothing but wish my appt would hurry and get here , I must admit I'm a little nervous now , but eager to get going on my journey. I wish you all the best of luck and will be back after surgery. ???? Heres some ???? for all you who are in recovery. Cyn

Welcome! Congrats on your upcoming surgery!

You're welcome to do so, but there's no need to stick to protein drinks exclusively - try some of these. And good luck and keep us posted!
