Hello! My name is Gloria Olander. I'm from Pittsburgh pa and I had my gastric bypass surgery on June 8th,2015. I did very well with everything so far, just a couple things that I would like some advice on. My pre-op weight was 247lbs and I am now down to 223lbs, but than the weight stopped. I've been this weight for almost 2 weeks. I go to the gym every other day for 2 hrs and I'm basically living off of salads, cereal, and baked potatos. I don't know what to do. I'm worried that no matter what I do I will not get over this hump. This is the main reason why I got the surgery in the first place is because I could only lose 20-30lbs than I couldn't lose any more. Any pointers on jump starting my weight loss again. I'm afraid I've become almost obsessed with the scale. Every time I see a scale I have to jump on it.
