Day 7 Pre-Op diet

This weekend was really hard. The week seemed to fly by no problems with having my three supplements and 64oz of water. But boy if I don't keep busy, it's hard. Still on track just having a hard day today. Words of encouragement much needed. I see before and after pics of everyone and that helps.

I agree with @@byebyedarkpassenger distraction is the key. Good luck and never forget how close you are to changing your life for the better. YouTube videos of bariatric successes are also inspirational. And if you want a good laugh check out clusie's stuff. ????

Thank @@tcon! Post op was hard these past few days as traveling for work. But I did it and it's behind me. Was post-op hard for anyone else?
