Let's talk weight fluctuation. These weigh ins are going to be the death of me! I fluctuate A LOT! 10ish lbs usually. I have had one weigh in up 7 lbs and tomorrow is my last class and I can already tell I'll be up. Anyone else have this issue? I'm so worried about insurance denying because of it but I don't know what to do. It changes so much day to do.

I would hope they would take overall weight loss in to account, no?

I wasn't required to lose weight, I did do some changes to prepare for post op. But I'm having surgery because I have a very hard time losing weight. But i had my last class today and I was up but she said that with the insurance I have, that I should be ok.

It looks like you are in Missouri, as hot and as humid as it has been, everyone is fluctuating with water weight. What do they expect in 90+ degree heat with 70-80% humidity.

I guess I should have said that o haven't actually truly gained either...just my reg fluctuation I'll be right back to my normal weight tomorrow or the next day.
