It's my bandiversary!!

It's been a year and I'm almost there. I'm not here to brag but I do hope to inspire. I have worked hard and come a long way. Most of you know it hasn't been easy with all my fills and unfills but I am happy to report I think I finally have the right level of restriction. I learned that there is no magic and the band is only a tool. I also learned it's at least 50% exercise. Anyway, I will post better photos when I finally reach my goal...

Happy bandanniversery to you, Happy bandanniversary to you! Congratulations! You look great. I will be having my band surgery in Aug and hope that I can look that good in only a year.

I noticed that you have had several unfills. Why?

valzie, That's a long story but to make it short...I was very tight and being a very bad bandster girl eating the wrong things constantly and not going on liquids for 24 hrs after a bad pb, etc. Basically, not following the rules. I think it's very hard for alot of us because we weren't disciplined type people to begin with. It's hard to make the right choices but the band sort of forces us to or we end up suffering.

Hmmmm. Better photos, you say? I'm not quite sure how you are going to get better pictures than those. You look incredible!! Congratulations!

Laura, you look amazing! I hope to look that good in a bikini myself some day! Great job :clap2:

Laura:

You look so good. You have a right to be proud of yourself and you do inspire. Keep up the good work.
