Pre surgery diet

Hi gang,

I hope everyone is doing well out there, I wanted to ask this: How will they know if the liver has gotten small enough to go ahead with surgery after the 3 week pre op diet they are putting me on? I mean do they do blood work ups and all before surgery to tell this? I'm just curious I guess.

Tomorrow morning I go for my last test which my pulmnary doctor ordered. They call it a breathing test of some kind that you have to blow into a tube or something and they can see a lot by how much your able to do? Has anyone else exp this as well?

Thanks... Karl :)
