Today is my first day of my pre op diet, so far it's going good. Just curious, is MRS. DASH SEASONING okay to season your 3oz of chicken with ?

I'm jealous of you ladies who get to eat actual food! I'm on my pre-op and it's all liquid.

Yep! No problems with any seasonings. Good luck!

The nutritionist said salt free sugar free but i wasnt sure about the spice in it. I was all scared because I used a small pinch of Mrs dash on the chicken lol. Do you reccomend any good protein shakes or powders, I've been using premier but it's kind of pricey.

Day 1 pre-op diet for me too. My main focus is to keep carbs under 30 grams.

My husband fixed some ground turkey pasta sauce. He seasoned the heck out of it! I sautéed some zucchini noodles for me.
