Tyson grilled chicken strips diced with fat free gravy

Egg, chicken or tuna salad

Salmon

Check out Pinterest you can find some really good recipes ????

Chili, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and salmon were mine.

Any type of fish, chicken breast with fat free gravy, cream of mushroom soup or low sugar BBQ sauce, cottage cheese, yogurt, cooked carrots, ground beef with fat free beef gravy & mushrooms.

Egg salad, well blended tuna with a little mayo, deviled eggs (I would actually stuff my eggs with tuna), light baby bel cheese, I stuck meatballs, spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese in a food processor. Pinto beans or refried beans.

Bariatric surgery cookbook for dummies has some good recipes. I mixed some spaghetti sauce with cottage cheese warmed up in the microwave. 1 tbs creamy natural peanutbutter 1tsp honey half banana. Been struggling myself with this.
