What can I eat?

Im at 5 weeks and it seems that I can't eat anything without my stomach grumbling any pointers?

    My noisy stomach and the grumbling stuff lasted about three to five months. Totally normal.

5 weeks out I was still on soft foods. Make sure you are chewing up your food properly since that is hard on your sleeve. Also a lot of people say their sleeve makes noises after they eat so it may just be that. Good luck!

I am t weeks out and pretty much everything agrees with me except tilapia and avocado. Go figure. Really focus on smaller portions. I have learned through trial and error the last 2 weeks that less is more. Even though I can eat more I probably shouldn't.

@@Soapandcandlequeen I take really small bites and have many a few bites and I'm done but I haven't really eaten in weeks I was just drinking here and there so maybe my sstomach needs time to get used to food again
