Thanks everyone! Just so if anyone needs the info or does a search I have Tricare Prime south and did not do any supervised diet. I simply sent in old receipts from Weight watchers and nutrisystem and my coordinator pulled my records to show that I have been overweight for a long time. I just barley had a bmi of 40, and that was with me slouching a bit. I am pre-diabetic and borderline high cholesterol and have PCOS.

Congratulations! Remember this feeling as it will carry you through the rough spots. You are going to do fantastic!
