Food before surgery

I have been having my soups and shakes for the 14 days pre op, my surgery is in 2 days. today i had some very lean meat. cold cuts very little about 4 thin slices. i was told that i could eat grilled chicken and salad in the 14 day pre op phase, but now I am scared…tomorrow i just have clear liquid and do the miralax prep. almost there. anyone eat some protein, like real food before gastric sleeve?thanks

If you were told it was okay to have lean meat and you ate lean meat, what is the problem?

Worry comes from the fact that the last 3 days are liquid only and meat was consumed...my friend said she cheated a little and it worked out
