Very few of us are qualified to tell you when to start strenuous activities. You need to check with your Dr for that. Normally, most doctors reccomend 6 weeks before starting strenuous activities. Unfortunately, neither cardio or weight lifting is a good prognosticator of waht you will end up with as far as loose skin. Unfortunately, heredity, your age, pregnancies and previous weight loss programs will dictate that. The good news is that no matter what, you are going to look and feel fabulous! The other good news is that therre are wonderful surgeries to get rid of that nasty old excess skin! Best of luck to you!
