I wish...

I wish I hadn't blown up after having my daughter a year ago but I'm glad I had the surgery. I believe in God's promises Jeremiah 29:11 for my life which has made me fearless. I also wish the Fitness Pal app had a measurement unit for a bite.

I've found listening to "Just Be Held" by Casting Crowns helps me get through the days I'm struggling. Good luck to you!

It is frustrating on MFP to figure out the calorie count for small bites. I guess a lot when I can't figure it out. I probably overestimate but I guess that's better than underestimating.
