Hungry Headache

Hi everyone. I'm 10days post op and my mom asked me if I ever got a hungry headache. I was surprised because I tend to get hungry headaches and migraines. This is just an confirmation that me feeling "hungry" is all in my head. Just thought I would share for those struggling with feeling or trying to differentiate those. "Hunger Pangs"

No hunger pangs but I do get the craving for certain foods. I am 6 weeks out. Still dipping my toes in the solid food, don't like the stuck feeling or the feeling of being too full.

Have a great day!

My nut said the headaches were signs from my body that I needed to eat more often. They have me eating every 3 hours instead of 4 to stop the headaches.
