Over 18 months out. One thing I have noticed since the majority of my weight dropped is really, really bad PMDD. I don't get depressed, I just get really hungry and extremely angry at everything. Like I wake up feeling extremely angry about for about four days right before my period. I talk to my therapist about it, but it seems to be a hormonal issue. I would liken it to being on a high dose of Prednisone.
Wondering if this is happening for anyone else? The people I live with can't stand to be around me for a week out of every month and it breaks my heart.
I hate being this way but I can't get it to stop.
