I'm having the Gastric Sleeve Surgery.

I've read numerous articles and watched video testimonials as well. I've even watched a video of the actual procedure. They were very helpful. But I'm all ears to anyone else who has suggestions

Hello, My date is July 20th. I see my doctor on the 8th and will start my pre-op diet the. They are restricting me to 1000 cals, but I can eat solid food. Good luck on your procedure and stay in touch. Prayers for your success!
