Are you cash pay or using insurance?

It is also dependent on your surgeons schedule. I would ask tomorrow when you go for testing. They will be able to give you a more approximate time frame.

Depends on your insurance and surgeon's program. I had 6 months of prep work which included monthly visits to my primary doc, nutritionist, and physical therapist. Only had to do social worker once. After that it only took a month to get the surgery scheduled. I had to have cardio clearance too.
