So frustrated !

Surgery was may 11 ....

I don't know what to eat at this point . I eat food and I feel miserable even though I'm only eating a 1/4 of a cup. Proteins first ... Usually don't have room for more then that... But it just feels so heavy. I crave fresh fruit! Considering its 99* outside . I want the tangy crunchy freshness.

Point being I don't want food!!!!

Having fruit is not a bad thing. Fruit in moderation is actually good for you. It shouldn't be your number one source of energy but fruit holds good nutrients for your body. I just had a little bit of cantaloupe, and it was delicious! Have you been able to try some fish? Some white albacore tuna with some light miracle whip is awesome. You can even spice up the tuna with some fresh pineapple juice. The fact is, you have to eat, otherwise you could cause your body to stall on your weight loss. So look up some light recipes online, there are a ton of websites out there for people like us looking for some good tasting meals, for each stage of the diet. Google is always your friend ;)
