No Energy

I am 11 days out form bypass surgery. I love my new life already! The only issue I am having is no energy a all. Everything exhausts me! I am on at least 4 oz protein liquid every hour and liquid in between for 2 weeks post op. Anyone else have this problem and what did you do? Thanks!

No energy is perfectly normal. Are you taking vitamins? Even now, if I do not stay on top of my vitamin intake, my energy flags. Remember that your body has way less fuel to process for energy. Be patient, because the exhaustion does pass as time goes on. Protein and vitamins are going to be your best helpers.
