Pre op appointment

I feel like I could just fly..my appointment today was great. I have been on the 2 week diet since Tuesday and today I got on the scale and had lost 4 pounds. My blood pressure was good I'm just so excited. My surgery is June 23rd at 5am. My current weight is 255!

I just met with my surgeon for the last time before my surgery on June 22. I don't have to be at the hospital until 12 for a 2:30 surgery. I will be a wreck by then. Signing the paperwork made it real. I know I am doing the right thing but reading all that could happen is scary.

Yeah I just think of the positive and the health issues. I'm excited and ready. I want to eat something well anything but I am sticking to it knowing this is all to better myself.
