Dry mouth

I been experiencing alot of dry mouth in the morning after waking up from sleep. Also during the day i feel my mouth, tongue soo dry. Please share anything on this matter. I know we need to keep hydrated which im trying my best to do so but do not know if this a sign of something going on ( dehydration) or this is routine until your body gets used to a new stomach..

You may be not drinking enough...are you getting all your fluids in? If you need, you can use Biotene.

  • Hydration and brushing my teeth a lot got me through that phase. Best of luck
