I'm in the 200 just wanted to celebrate I know I'm barely in the 200 but I'm here and I'm so proud

this is common for many

glad you are improving daily

it can be hard to drink lots of Water (especially at the beginning :( )

continue to sip and sip constantly throughout the day

Ok I'm still trying to get my water in but it had gotten to where when I drink the protein shakes they turn my stomach need ideas please
