Low carb bread and pasta

Question: is it ok once you are eating solid food to eat low carb bread or pasta? Obviously it should be in small amounts and I know I should eat my protein first, but I would love to be able to make like a half a sandwich or have a small amount of pasta in my soup. Plus, the low carb bread and pasta I ordered have protein added to them. What do you guys think? I know I am still a little bit away from eating solids, but I am trying to prepare and make meal plans. I would love some advice. Thanks guys.

I don't and I'm 8 1/2 months out. Haven't had it yet. Not one time. My plan recommends not having any of that until after you hit your goal and even then only in moderation.

I googled it but they also have other brands that are the same nutriotionally. Amazon carries it and a few other sites. The pasta come preportioned and is inexpensive! I'm presurgey yet but I can hardly finish a portion now b/c it's so dense. Great alterinative to the others I've tried.

The problem with bread is that it balls up in the tummy. If you do eat, make sure you toast it, at least until you are a year out.

Per my NUT.

I'm eight weeks out and have small amounts of bread and pasta and was fine. However, you'll. e shocked at how little you can eat so be careful not to waste room. I wouldn't do it until after 4 weeks.
