Biotin

I'm planning on starting to take Biotin pre-surgery to hopefully help with the hair loss issue. I stopped in a gnc store today and they had a 600 mg and a 2500 mg dose. How much do you take?

Biotin will help with regrowth of your hair. It will NOT stop it from falling out. The sooner you start taking it the better.

10,000 mg is the maximum daily dose of biotin. I worry about hair loss too. My hair is already thin and I dred losing more.

I've heard time and time again. These three words on hair loss Protein, Protein, and Protein. My wife did so and has had minimal hair loss. But Boitin has also been brought up a lot at support group. Hope this helps. Brian

I take 10,000 mg
