Pellegrino

I was wondering if anyone sips on pellegrino/ sparkling Water or diet coke here and there ?

I keep hearing everyone feels fine or is in crucial pain , i was wondering if it harms the band.

    I had a sip of Pierre today...won't ever do that again. Gave up diet coke in March and last weekend, I had a sip. You'd think I'd learn...no bubbles!

    If you have a lot of restriction it is very painful. If you have no restriction it doesn't seem to be too bad.

    I tried it, I won't do it again. Hurts too much.

    Some think it can expand the pouch, not really sure if that is true but I can tell you, it's quite painful.
