First soft meal after liquids

My first meal was fat free refried Beans, about 1.5 oz. Your sleeve will definitely relax a bit more and you'll be able to eat more than five bites. Tomorrow is 10 weeks out for me, and I can already eat about 3-4 oz at a time now.

My nutritionist says up to 5 weeks is 1/2 cup...6 weeks forward is 3/4 cup for sleevers. I intend to always measure because I am not going to regain my weight. I am full at 1/2 cup now so why eat more? That is what got me here.

Sounds right to me; for now.
