Sleeping after surgery

After the trauma to the muscle in my belly, I having a hard time bending over bc gravity pulls on it. Is anyone else having trouble? I can't lay down in bed, it's too much for that one muscle.

I didn't have a pulling sensation but I did have difficulty lying down. I used a pillow to shift me to one side for a bit. Sorry you re having discomfort!

Perhaps a wedge pillow would be good option

I got a wedge pillow and it helped a lot!

I'm a little more than two weeks post op and I still sleep with a pillow on my stomach. I don't experience any more pain there but for some reason it's comforting!! #LosersBench
