My day three

I didn't take any pain meds today and thus far I haven't barfed. I've drank maybe 15 oz today of water. Everytime I drink I have to burp like crazy. Makes me feel like I'm about to barf. My stomach feels sore and swollen. I feel kinda dumb because I read all these posts prior and some people said they felt great after and I thought surely I would too.

I can relate. When I was 3 days out everyone I put something in my stomach I turned into a teenage boy (gas machine). I would burp and toot and thought it would never go away. Fortunately, it subsides. I'm 1 week out and still get some gas, but not a ton. It does subside.

Thank you hearing this helps

Yep I'm on day three as well and the gas is the worst part. I've been going to town on the gas-x and that has helped but it's still uncomfortable. The incisions are healing nicely. Sounds like you're right on schedule with the rest of us!
