Banded 6/1

On 6/1 I had the lapband surgery. For two years I stood on a fence to do it or not. I made the decision to do because I am fortunate not to have any health problems yet but morbid obesity. I am excited to meet others on this same journey.

    Welcome to the other side and congrats on your surgery! It took me a few years of thinking about it before I had it done as well. It's been almost 6 years now since my surgery and I am soooooo thankful I had it done. Stick around and ask questions, read past topics/posts, and know there may be some hiccups or struggles/frustrations along the way, but you'll get through them.
