So I have my date!!! I am really nervous and excited all at the same time. June 25th is right around the corner! I am worried because I have to go back July 9th, but I am optimistic that it will all work out. I am an ER nurse, but I just got a new postion where I am more like a charge nurse, so other then the fact that I spend about 12 hours a day walking...I am not doing physical patient care. I really hope this will be successful for me. I cannot stand for this to be a failure.

I am a labor and delivery nurse having surgery on 6/25 also. You are right, nurses are strong!Good luck to both of you!(taking 4 weeks off-hope thats enough)
