Pre op weight

Weighed in at 286 at hospital before my surgery, bout time I got home 2 days later I had weighed 297, I was like what happened, either scale was off at hospital or my GNC scale is wrong. I was told it was water weight, but I went to restroom seems like every 5 min to release fluids. Well 4 days out now and have only lost 4 of those lbs. Very discouraging, especially since my bestie has lost 22 lbs and she had surgery 6 days prior to me.

I gained also right after surgery. Its also swelling from surgery that will make you gain. Hang in there it will start dropping after you heal. Good luck!!
