Gastric sleeve

I had my surgery on 5/1. It has been a 2 year journey with weight watchers, hug shots and multiple other programs. My insurance changed in the midst of this and we're back to ground zero. Finally I was approved for surgery and my primary insurance threatened to hold my secondary insurance up from paying. Where does that happen to at? Needless to say I had surgery

Now I'm at a stalemate

I lost 5 more pounds this week. I'm having to eat every 3 hours. Just started walking

Im at a stall I think I added starches too quick. Im going back to the basics
